During our flight operations, we may capture high-definition images and video footage. While our primary focus is on landscapes, structures, or specific commissioned subjects, it is possible that individuals, vehicles, or private properties may be incidentally captured in the background.

We collect aerial imagery for the following purposes:

• Commercial Photography/Videography: Creating content for creative projects.
• Surveying & Inspection: Analyzing structures or land for technical reports.
• Marketing: Promoting services via social media and websites.

We take active steps to minimize privacy intrusions:

• Flight Planning: We plan routes to avoid unnecessary overflight of private residential properties.
• Altitude: We maintain an altitude that generally prevents the clear identification of individual faces or car registration plates, unless they are the specific subject of a commissioned shoot.
• Editing: Where possible and necessary, we apply blurring to sensitive information before public release.

We respect your right to privacy. If you believe you, your child, your vehicle, or your private property is identifiable in any of our published imagery and you wish for it to be removed, you have the right to request deletion.

To request the removal of an image/video:Please send an email to drone@forestmonkey.co.uk with the following information:

• A link to or screenshot of the image/video in question.
• A brief reason for the removal request (e.g., "identifiable face," "private garden visible").
• Verification that you are the person (or owner of the property) depicted.

We aim to review and respond to all removal requests within 48–72 hours.

Unprocessed footage is stored on secure, encrypted drives. We do not sell your "incidental" data to third parties. Footage that is not required for long-term project archives is periodically deleted.

Our operations are conducted in accordance with local aviation authority regulations (e.g., CAA in the UK) and applicable Data Protection Acts (e.g., UK GDPR).
